Burst pipe, water on the floor, or a leak you suspect is bigger than it looks. We get there fast, shut off the main, document the damage, and dispatch the plumber.

Storm passed and you need eyes on the property before insurance, before driving down, before assuming it’s fine. We walk it and send photos same-day.

Alarm or camera trigger

Alarm went off. Camera caught something. You want a trained person to walk the property and confirm what’s actually happening — not a guard service, not 911, just trained eyes.

What we don’t do
Setting expectations so you call us for the right things — and call the right people for the rest.

Vendor work

We don’t do the plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repairs ourselves. We observe and document conditions, then dispatch the right licensed vendor and meet them on site.

Emergency services

For life-safety, fire, or active crime in progress — call 911 first. We are not a substitute for emergency services. Once 911 has responded, we can document, coordinate, and follow up.
