We don’t do the plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repairs ourselves. We observe and document conditions, then dispatch the right licensed vendor and meet them on site.
For life-safety, fire, or active crime in progress — call 911 first. We are not a substitute for emergency services. Once 911 has responded, we can document, coordinate, and follow up.
